These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the EasyEduApp platform("Platform") provided by EasyEduApp ("Provider"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Platform.
1.1. To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
6.1. Provider may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or liability.
6.2. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Platform.
7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Australia, without regard to their conflict of law provisions.
7.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively brought in the federal or state courts located within the United States or Australia, as applicable.

8.2. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform after the modifications signify your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
